Okay, sorry it's been months since I have posted but you know what I figure during summer you get to take a break right? Right!
The kids are getting big and life is moving forward. Nothing really big to post about right now, I have decided I am not going to try and catch you up from the summer but just pick back up where we are now. So summer is coming to an end, both Katie and Paul can ride a bike now...no more tricycles. This was a big deal for me. It is crazy to think that I have kids that are old enough to be riding bikes. I guess they are officially not toddlers. Megan is walking and talking and screaming. She is definitely my most vocal. And the most stubborn. Scott is working, working and more working. He is anchoring a lot now and it is SO much fun to watch him. Scott and I are playing on a softball team together and that has been a LOT of fun. I forgot how much I like the sport. Other than that I get to be mom day in and day out...I am trying to do preschool stuff with the kids, I am failing at keeping the house clean, but we stay outside anyway. Katie keeps asking me to teach her how to read, so that is my project for this fall. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them!
Here are a couple pictures so you can see how big the kiddos are.

Hey that Paul is one good-dressed kid. Fun pictures!
Megan is so big and looks just like Katie. Cute kids. Glad your back.
It's good to hear how you are doing. Your kids are growing up so fast, but that's what happens when you don't see them for a long time.
"Teach your child to read in 100 easy lessons" by Siegfried Engelmann, Phyllis Haddox, Elaine Bruner - Simon & Schuster. That's how my mom taught my little sister to read and I used their Reading Mastery program when I taught Kindergarten last year. At least it might be a good place for you to start.
Ok Paul actually looks like big Paul!! That is so crazy! Cute pics! Man i wish we lived closer to each other :-( playdates would be so much fun.
