I tried to stick a video on too but it's not working right now so I will have the computer guru do it when he gets home from work. But for now I better end with a baby update. My due date is tomorrow and alas no baby yet. We went to the doctor today and were told that everything looks great. I asked him to guess how big the baby is and he said his guess was 8 pounds 3 ounces. We will see how close he is...good news though I will not be pregnant next friday for sure. I get to be induced Thursday at 7am. The doctor's office that I go to will not let you go more than a week past your due date. However, my doctor told me that most likely the baby will come before then. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I am so ready to be done with this pregnancy that is for sure. So let the count down begin....

Happy New Year...
Okay so this post is going to be pretty random, but I figure it's okay considering we will get everyone caught up on what is going on in good ol' Boise.
Right after coming home from Spokane all three of us got sick. So it was a good thing that the baby didn't come early. This is a picture of poor Katie with her runny nose. It was crazy to look at this and see just how different she looks when she isn't feeling well. Luckily we are all about done being sick now. Down side, Katie is no longer sleeping through the night...makes me a little nervous for when there are two of them screaming at 4 in the morning.
The other day I found Katie run out of the bathroom like this. First let me tell you that Katie LOVES the shower. While Scott was in the shower Katie ran in to the bathroom and tried to get in with him. Her being soaked along with the bathroom floor was the after math. It was so funny though.
This is Katie's new favorite toy. She loves to put my shoes on and walk around. The bad thing is that she can't really do it on her own yet so she will stand next to the shoes crying until I put her feet in and walk around the house with her for about ten minutes. I would be smart to start hiding my shoes.

I tried to stick a video on too but it's not working right now so I will have the computer guru do it when he gets home from work. But for now I better end with a baby update. Christmas in Spokane
Scott was lucky enough to get a few days off for Christmas and the doctor said that we were okay to go on the 7 hour road trip so we headed up to Spokane. It was a lot of fun to see family and it was pretty hectic with all of the babies running around. So here are a few pictures to recap the four day trip.
This is three of the five babies that were there under the age of two...the sixth baby came up the day after we left. We were sad that we didn't get to see Robert, Liz and little Emma.
Christmas morning after the festivities settled down...left to right...my little brother Justin's head is cut off, my dad on the phone, my oldest brother Dave and my little brother Ryan.
Katie got a little bike from Grandma and Grandpa Evans, it is a NOISY toy and there is no off button. I am guessing that is why she likes it so much. :0) She loves to sit on the steering wheel and scare me.
This is Katie enjoying the snow after we got home. I love this picture. We had been outside for about an hour and she was just walking around with this piece of snow in her hand. Finally I said Katie do you want to go inside and eat some food...she quickly responded with a mmmmmmm and shoved the snow in her mouth. Apparently she hadn't realized that it was edible until then.
This is up in Spokane when the boys were playing some black ice basketball. Aunt Kimi and Katie.
Katie likes to get in on the action. Every once in a while they would have to stop the game and let her shoot the ball.
Katie Christmas morning with her stocking.
Scott opening his deep fryer
This is what you could find Katie doing the whole time we were up there. Playing around with one of her cousins.
It was a lot of fun to see everyone and we wish that we could have stayed and played longer but I have to admit it was nice to come home to a quiet house. A huge thanks go to Dave and Tiff who are still hosting the Adamson clan at there house, we love you guys!

No baby yet, but it's close
Just wanted to give an update. As of today there is no baby, but Tiffany has been having contractions 15 minutes apart for the last several hours. Some have hurt, some haven't. I haven't forgotten the ones I love, I've just been ignoring you. :)
I will let everyone know when the little guy comes, and that will be by phone for most of you, but know if you don't get a phone call and you find out through the blog that doesn't mean I hate you, it just means I forgot.

Puppet Katie
Here is a little video of Katie and daddy. Katie learned a new trick recently. She learned it in one day, and now look how she performs.
Update will come later today for the baby watch update. We go to the doctor later this afternoon and we'll tell you the status.

Let the contractions begin!!!
Sunday Tiffany and I were sitting in our pleasant abode minding our business when she began to get contractions that were an hour apart, and they continue to this hour. Don't get too excited though, she tells me they are Braxton Hicks contractions. Did I spell that right? I don't think so, but realistically who can? Pregnant women know how to say it and know how to describe it, but no one ever asks them or anyone else for that matter how to spell it, so there was my best guess.
With Katie this same thing started on the Sunday before she was born. She ended up being born on Thursday, four days later. So we aren't expecting the little Scott here anytime in the immediate future, but my guess is that he wants to get out of there. I know I would want out if I was him. In fact I was in his situation and I came out before I was done cooking, so why shouldn't he?

For those who don't know, if all goes as planned he will be born in the same hospital I was born in. If we're lucky even the same room. But if that happens we will never know because I don't know which room I was born in, or if they changed the rooms around.
Well, that is it for now. I will post again when we have some spectacular news. Hopefully we'll have a name for him too. At that point we can let you in on that secret, which has even been kept from us.
